Lisa is a licensed Realtor with Edge Realty LLC and has been in the Real Estate industry for the past ten years.
In addition to Lisa’s activities in real estate, she is also President and CEO of a Sales and Marketing Consulting firm know as Find the Capital, which helps her bring significant Web Marketing, Search Engine Optimization strategies and Social Media Marketing expertise to her real estate clients looking to sell their home.

She moved to New York City at the age of eighteen to pursue her dream of being a successful Model and Actress. Over a twenty-year period she became enormously successful and appeared in a number of TV shows, including The David Letterman Show, Another World, Loving and Modern Bride.
She also performed the “Lead” in numerous national commercials and print add campaigns, such as: Kellogg’s Special K, Dupont, Milk, Crisco, Luvs, Caress Soap, Curel, Fidelity Investments and Just 5 Hair Color.
Leaving New York in 2004 to pursue a relationship with her now husband, Brent Virkus, Lisa moved to Detroit Michigan.
Leveraging her expertise in marketing, she joined TRiTON Companies, a “Full Service” Real Estate Investment and Development company as a Director of Marketing. While with TRiTON, Lisa was responsible for TRiTON’s website/web-presence and social media marketing initiative through tools such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter and WordPress. Ultimately she was able to grow TRiTON’s presence to one of the Top 1% Most Viewed Profiles on LinkedIn and a #1 ranking on Google’s search engine. This resulted in significant deal flow to the company including over $1 billion in transactions.
In addition to Lisa’ corporate marketing efforts for TRiTON, she was directly responsible for the sales and marketing of TRiTON’s largest development, the Hyatt Siesta Key Beach Resort located in Sarasota Florida, www.siestakeybeach.hyatt.com.
In 2012, Lisa decided to break out on her own and founded Find the Capital. Find the Capital is a first of its kind consulting business providing clients two specific services: Find the Capital’s industry leading sales and marketing system, which is the same system she used to build TRiTON to one of the Top 1% Most Viewed Profiles on LinkedIn, and investment capital to support business expansion and acquisitions of its clients.
Recognizing the unparalleled real estate recovery Southeastern Michigan is experiencing today, Lisa re-entered the Realtor business in 2014 and joined the Birmingham MI Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel office.
Brent Virkus – Founder of Motor City Design Build

Brent has been in the real estate development and construction business for over 20 years giving him significant experience in all facets of the real estate industry.
Brent is currently the Founder of Motor City Design Build a full service Construction Management and home renovation company. Motor City Design Build is also a licensed and insured General Contractor in the state of Michigan.
Prior to founding Motor City Design Build, Brent was Founder and President and CEO of TRiTON Companies, a full service real estate investment and development company. With TRiTON Brent earned a reputation for recognizing opportunities where most others saw insurmountable issues. Taking advantage of what others don’t see, he has developed a successful track record of transforming those opportunities into profitable developments.
Since 2002 TRiTON Companies was directly involved in over $500 million dollars of real estate transactions including all product types throughout the Unites States and Canada. One of the most noteworthy properties that Brent developed was Hyatt Resort’s flagship $100 million Private Residence Club known as The Hyatt Siesta Key Beach Resort located in Sarasota Florida.
Prior to founding TRiTON Companies, Brent was a Vice President of Investments for UBS and a Senior Financial Consultant for Merrill Lynch where he managed assets in excess of $100 million.
At the height of the “Bear Market” of the late 90′s, Brent left UBS to start TRiTON Capital Management. His goal was to bring “Alternative Investments” to his clients in an effort to protect them from an increasingly volatile stock market. In doing so, Brent was able to successfully transition his entire client base to investment vehicles that provided protection from the stock market crash of 2007. Eventually TRiTON Capital Management evolved into a full service real estate and investment company known as TRiTON Companies.
Before joining the investment industry with Merrill Lynch, Brent was an Accountant with KPMG Consulting with a focus on the financial services industry.
Brent is a graduate of Western Michigan University where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.
